Award Consulting was founded in 2016 and since then we’ve helped over 50 service providers – from Maine to Oregon and from Canada to Texas – who needed technical assistance with migrations, troubleshooting and new product offerings.

This podcast is hosted by Andrew Ward, who (before founding Award Consulting) spent 14 years at Metaswitch, supporting Metaswitch’s customers across the US and Canada, and was responsible for establishing the Metaswitch Commissioning Team which handled all new customer installations and switch migrations.
